*Summary*
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Pickleball Pro to join our team.
As a Pickleball Pro, you will be responsible for providing high-quality instruction and guidance to individuals of all ages and skill levels.
Your passion for pickleball and ability to educate and motivate others will be key in creating an enjoyable and rewarding experience for our members.
*Responsibilities*
* Organize, lead and instruct pickleball programming through classes, clinics, private lessons, and events.
* Provide a safe and positive learning environment for all participants.
* Teach proper techniques, strategies, and rules of pickleball.
* Grow the size and scale of youth and adult pickleball programming.
*Position Requirements*
* Must be outgoing, enthusiastic, and energetic.
* Thorough knowledge of the game of pickleball
* Experience instructing pickleball programming at multiple levels, for both youth and adult players.
* Experience planning and executing events.
* Current active pickleball teaching certification OR certification required within 3 months of hire.
* Comfortable working with all age groups and building positive relationships with membership.
* Excellent communication, time management, and organization skills
* Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb, and lift up to 50lbs
Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Seasonal
Pay: $20.
00 - $50.
00 per hour
Expected hours: 6 – 20 per week
