Preschool Assistant Teacher

Small Montessori program looking for a part-time afternoon assistant teacher for the remainder of the school year (immediately through May 31).
Ideal candidates will be reliable, responsible, flexible, self-motivated, and patient.

com/ *Hours:* * 11:00 - 5:00 or 12:00 - 5:00 * Monday through Friday *Responsibilities: *Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: 1.
Assisting the lead teacher and implementing the daily program.
2.
Helping with lunch time, assisting children in the bathroom, during nap time, and on the playground.
3.
Assisting the lead teacher with school activities.
4.
Maintaining professional attitudes and behavior at all times while on duty.
5.
Completing required training in a timely manner.
7.
Maintaining strict confidentiality regarding children and their families.
8.
Generally promoting a good rapport among staff members.
9.
Sharing the responsibility of maintaining a tidy environment.
10.
Light cleaning.
*Qualifications*: * High School diploma or equivalent (18 years+).
* Experience working with preschool-aged children in a group setting (day care, camp counselor, extracurricular activities, etc).
Job Type: Part-time Pay: $14.
