Job Description
Teaching Duties
- Three or four courses in theology per semester, depending on the number of credits in a course, as assigned by the academic dean; assist with summer week.
- Keep regular office hours, as determined by college policy.
Non-teaching Duties
- Celebrate a daily private Mass (TLM), which only students and faculty might attend if their schedules permit.
- Be available to students and faculty for spiritual counseling, confession, retreat work, etc.
- Join with other faculty in online and in-person events promoting The Collegium.
- Preside at Lauds/Vespers when these liturgies are celebrated.
- Guide The Collegium administration in assuring that its spiritual formation program is properly and appropriately developed and integrated into the entire life of the institution.
