Middle School Science Teacher

*Job Title General Science Teacher *Job Type Certified - Position - Physical Science Job Type Description Berkeley County Schools seeks applications for a General Science Teacher.
The successful candidate is expected to teach the science curriculum to middle school grade levels and perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Salary Schedule Berkeley County Schools Teacher Pay Scale based upon degree level and verified years of experience.
200-day employment term.
Specialized Skills QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily, and demonstrate the knowledge and ability to be a qualified and effective candidate for the vacancy.
Holds or can obtain West Virginia teacher certification in science for grades 5-9.
Additional Job Information If a certified candidate is unavailable for this position, then an applicant who is eligible for a first-class permit, alternative certification, Teacher-in-Residence, or a perm sub can be considered.
