*Position Overview:* We are seeking a dedicated and certified Therapeutic Riding Instructor to join our team at Wheatland Farm Equestrian Center.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for equine-assisted therapy and Para Dressage, and possess the skills necessary to provide high-quality instruction to riders with diverse needs and abilities.
*Key Responsibilities:* * Develop and implement therapeutic riding lesson plans tailored to the individual needs and goals of riders with disabilities.

* Assess rider progress and make appropriate adjustments to lesson plans as needed.

*Requirements:* * Current PATH International CTRI or PATH International Advanced Level Therapeutic Riding Instructor credentials.
* Experience working with individuals with disabilities and/or special needs in a therapeutic riding setting.
* Strong knowledge of horse behavior, care, and handling.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
